Return & Refund Policy – Reevella

At Reevella, we are committed to offering high-quality, affordable maternity and lifestyle wear at the best possible pricing. To maintain fair pricing for all customers, we follow a strict and transparent return and refund policy. We kindly request customers to place orders only after carefully reviewing product details, as unnecessary returns and exchanges significantly impact our ability to maintain affordable pricing.

By placing an order on Reevella, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We do not offer general returns or size-based exchanges.

Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:
• You receive a wrong product
• You receive a defective or damaged product

No exchange will be provided for:
• Size issues
• Fit issues
• Color variation due to lighting/screen differences
• Change of mind
• Personal preference


2. Exchange Window

All exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.

Requests raised after 4 days will not be accepted under any condition.


3. Mandatory Proof (Very Important)

To process any exchange request, the following is strictly required:

• A 360° uncut opening video starting from the sealed package
• The video must clearly show:

  • Outer packaging and shipping label

  • Entire unboxing process without cuts or edits

  • Clear visibility of the defect or wrong item issue

Without a valid uncut opening video, the request will be automatically rejected.


4. Exchange Process

• Once the complaint and video are received, it will be verified by our team
• If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged for the product
• After inspection and confirmation, the replacement product will be dispatched


5. Size Exchange Policy

We do not offer size exchanges under any circumstances.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully check the size chart before placing an order.


6. Refund Policy

Reevella follows a strict exchange-only policy.

Refunds are not provided in normal cases.

Refund will only be considered in rare and exceptional situations, such as:
• Product unavailability after approval of exchange
• Operational limitations where replacement is not possible

In such cases:
• The default resolution will be store credit equivalent to the product value
• In special and exceptional cases, a refund may be processed via UPI transfer at Reevella’s discretion

Refunds (if approved) will be processed only after proper verification of the returned product.


7. Store Credit Option

In most approved cases where replacement is not possible, customers will receive store credit equivalent to the product value, which can be used for future purchases on Reevella.


8. Important Note

Reevella offers premium quality products at highly affordable pricing. Our pricing is carefully structured to remain accessible while maintaining quality and operations. Due to this, we are unable to support unnecessary returns or exchanges, as they significantly increase operational costs and affect pricing stability for all customers.
